Before you book

Do I need a patch test?: For hair colour, yes. Josie, Faith and Amanda ask new clients to book a free 15-minute consultation and patch test first. For lash and brow tints or lamination, Kirsty needs a patch test at least 24 hours before.
What if I need to cancel?: Give at least 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel. Appointments cancelled with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged at 100% of the cost, and any unpaid fee has to be settled before you can book again.
My hair is long or thick.: Several colour services ask you to add extra time for long or thick hair when you book, so the stylist has enough time.
Do you do bridal hair?: Josie’s Bridal Hair (£250) includes one trial and your hair on the day in the salon. For a bridal party outside the salon, message Josie with your dates and details for a quote.
Can I buy a gift card?: Yes, gift cards are sold on Caribou’s Fresha page. Open Fresha

About this demo

I made this concept to show Caribou one way a website could help new clients choose who to see and what to book first. It is not the salon’s official site, nothing here was commissioned, and the photos belong to the salon and its stylists. If Caribou would like it taken down, I will remove it.

Nothing is booked or paid on this site. Every booking button opens Caribou’s existing Fresha page.
